Nov 9 and 10 Exhibitor Application

     

    Thank you for your interest in participating at the November 9 and 10 Holiday Arts and Craft Fair with silent auction fundraiser at the Spiritual Center of the Desert. Please read the application rules below.

    EXHIBITOR RULES
    1. Complete this form application
    2.  CRAFTERS & ARTISTS are required to send a minimum of two photos of your crafts & art following completion of this form (even if you exhibited in prior years) to help with table assignments and approval.  Send to Ari at 37reasonstolove@gmail.com 
    3.  Exhibitors will provide their own table coverings 
    4.  All spaces must be pre-paid upon approval (2 spaces may be purchased for double the cost)
    5. Tables must be 4 or 6 feet in size (or discussed with coordinators in advance)

    Space is limited. Completion of this form does not guarantee you will be selected as an exhibitor.
    All vendors will be notified by Adair or Ari within 72 hours with acceptance or rejection. If you are selected and accepted as an exhibitor, you will need to complete payment within 48 hours. Cost for the two day event is $50 with the option to add a table rental for $10. If you require special accommodations please specify at the end of this application.
