Andy Fraga – Drums
Andy Fraga comes from a musical family and began studying classical percussion at Idyllwild Arts Academy at 14. After graduating, he worked with an LA TV composer, contributing to multiple shows and developing his skills early on. At 21, he returned to percussion, touring for two years with Fiddler on the Roof starring Theodore Bikel.
Back in Los Angeles, Andy co-founded Mainstream Source with Tad Sisler, creating custom and catalog music for film and television. He also co-composed the score for The Encore of Tony Duran, starring Elliott Gould. Over the years, he has built a strong career as both a performer and composer.
His notable performances include the Kennedy Center 25th Anniversary Concert with Richard Dreyfuss, appearances at the Havana Jazz Festival, SF Jazz and collaborations with artists such as Tom Scott, Audra McDonald, Queen Latifah, and Diane Schuur, among many others.
